By using the services of Clear Choice Window Cleaning or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services
Clear Choice Window Cleaning provides professional window cleaning services in Boquete and surrounding areas in Chiriquí, Panama. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Residential window cleaning
- Commercial window cleaning
- Screen cleaning and maintenance
- Hard water stain removal
- Track and sill cleaning
Quotes and Pricing
Quotes provided through our website or in person are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing may vary based on:
- Actual property conditions upon assessment
- Additional services requested
- Access difficulties not previously identified
- Required safety equipment
We will communicate any price changes before proceeding with services that differ significantly from the original estimate.
Scheduling and Cancellation
Appointments are scheduled based on mutual agreement. We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in service restrictions.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, bank transfers, and major credit cards.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with our work, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will re-clean any areas of concern at no additional charge.
Property Access
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to all windows to be cleaned. This includes:
- Clearing obstacles from work areas
- Securing pets during service
- Providing access to water if needed
- Notifying us of any hazards or special conditions
Liability
Clear Choice Window Cleaning carries liability insurance to cover accidental damage during service. However, we are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage to windows, screens, or frames
- Damage caused by faulty seals or defective glass
- Natural aging or deterioration of materials
- Damage from hard water stains that have etched into glass
Weather Conditions
Window cleaning may need to be rescheduled due to rain or other adverse weather conditions. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule as soon as possible.
Use of Website
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not:
- Submit false or misleading information
- Interfere with website functionality
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
